How can I cancel an order or an item into an order?

Your order may be cancelled at any moment, provided that the item/s requested have not been ordered to the publisher upon your request: this situation can be easily checked in the title file in your order status.

Can I purchase items not immediately available in your warehouse?

Yes, you can select and purchase any item not soon available at our warehouse but listed in our catalogue: these items are shown as “out of stock” and an average date of dispatch is usually given.

How can I check the status of my order?

In the “recent orders” section you can check the status of your orders and check the status per single item.
Here is a short summary of the reports you may see:
• Created : your order has been acknowledged but processing has not started yet.
• In progress: processing of your order has started and its fulfillment is in progress
• Partially fulfilled: your order has been only partially fulfilled because one or more items are not immediately available. Complete fulfillment is awaited to deliver.
• Cancelled: your order has been cancelled on your request or because all the items requested are unavailable.
• Fulfilled: your order has been completely processed and items delivered.
 
For the single items:
• Entered: the order of the item has been aknowledged
• Fulfilled: the item has been delivered of collected at our warehouse at customer’s care
• Out of Print
• Not Yet Published
• Cancelled: the order of the item has been cancelled
• In order with the publisher: the item was not soon available at our warehouse and requested to the publisher
• Reserved: the item is available at our warehouse and awaiting for the order to be completed.
• Awaiting collection: the item is awaiting to be collected at our warehouse in Milan at customer’s care as selected in his  order.
• Payment requested: payment of the item is requested prior to delivery, if available, or to ordering to the publisher, if not available.
• Unavailable: the item is not available at the publisher and may undergo some delays in delivery date.
 

How can I pay?

Foreign customers could pay only by Credit Card or Paypal.Visa, Mastercard-Eurocard and American Express are welcome

Which shipping methods are allowed to ship outside Italy?

Libreriafarmaceutica.com offers only one shipping method to ship outside Italy: DHL
If your order includes items both soon available and not soon available, you can select more delivery/ies further to the first: additional cost is due.

How can I purchase a pruduct?

Following registration, you can browse our catalogue using the internal search engine or searching the single sections presenting products categories. The search engine allows you a targeted search for an ISBN code, an author, a title or a publisher. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, click on “add to the basket”: the page containing the items you are purchasing will display and you will read the price both to the public and to you (“your price” if you are entitled a special offer or discount). When you are ready, click on the “proceed with the order” button and then choose among the payment and delivery options you are suggested and validate your order: a summary of the whole order with all details will display: the “total price” box brings prices including VAT and calculated for the total quantity; now your order is final and Libreriafarmaceutica.it has received it and started processing.
